  If the room is ready for occupancy before 3:00 p.m., it can of course be occupied earlier. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am. The 9-hole golf course of the Kitzbühel Golf Club is right on your doorstep.

The Schlosshotel Kitzbühel is located at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level. With the Hahnenkammbahn or the Hornbahn you can easily reach an altitude of 1,712 meters or 1,966 meters respectively. From there you have a wide choice of hiking routes or ski slopes.

We are very happy to welcome your four-legged friend for an extra charge of 45 € per night and dog. A dog mat, two bowls and dog waste bags are provided by the hotel during your stay. Dog food and toys can also be purchased in our store for a fee.

We would like to inform you in advance that your dog has no access to the SPA areas or to our half-board restaurant STREIF. However, your dog is always welcome in our à la carte restaurant DAS KAPS and at our marketplace bar. We would also like to inform you that dogs must be kept on a lead throughout the hotel (inside and outside).

We accept American Express, Diners, MasterCard, Visa and ATM or EC card. Cash payment is of course also possible.

Children and teenagers are always welcome at our hotel.

Our children's club ROSINIS is open daily from 9:00-18:00 (13:00-14:00 lunch break) for children from the age of three. If childcare is required outside of opening hours or for younger children, our charming reception staff will be happy to organize a babysitter upon availability.

Following the daycare, children's cinema takes place daily from 18:00-23:30 in our cinema on level 1, which is directly adjacent to ROSINIS.

One parking space per room is available for your car in our underground garage. We charge €15 per night for a parking space in the garage. Please note that reservations are not possible.

Ten e-charging stations are available in our underground parking garage.

During our daily family times in the SPA from 12:00-15:00, splashing and playing is permitted for our younger guests in the indoor pool. Outside of this period, out of consideration for our other guests, we would ask you to refrain from playing with water toys and romping around. Children may only enter our SPA when accompanied by their parents. In our sauna area, young guests aged 14 and over and children accompanied by their parents are very welcome in the textile sauna.

Our indoor and outdoor pool has a year-round temperature of approx. 28.5 degrees Celsius.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. The smoking ban also applies to e-cigarettes and also includes the balconies and terraces of the rooms. Smoking is only permitted on the bar terrace.

Ski passes are conveniently available from our hosts at the same conditions as at all Kitzbühel cable cars.

There is a locker for every room in our ski depot with modern lockers and integrated boot dryers. This can be conveniently opened with your room card.

At DAS Kaps we welcome you with the usual Tyrolean warmth and our typical mix of a cozy, relaxed atmosphere, personal service and the best cuisine.

In summer, enjoy the spectacular view of the Tyrolean Alpine panorama from the terrace by the lake and look forward to our freshly prepared specialties from the grill. In winter, it gets really cozy inside in front of the flickering open fire.
