Finnish sauna
Tradition meets deep relaxation. In the Finnish sauna, you can experience an authentic sauna experience at around 90 °C. The intense heat stimulates blood circulation, purifies the body and strengthens your immune system. Brine gradation plant
Baltic Sea air at its very best. A particular highlight of our sauna area is the brine graduation tower, which enriches the iodine-rich Baltic Sea air with salt, magnesium and valuable minerals. This fine, salty mist clears the airways, nourishes the skin and brings a sense of the sea and freedom right into our wellness oasis. A deep breath is all it takes to feel the soothing power of nature.
Sanarium
Gentle warmth for deep relaxation. In our sanarium, you’ll find a cosy temperature of around 40 °C and a pleasant humidity level of 50 per cent. This gentle sauna experience is perfect for anyone looking for a milder form of relaxation. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and let the soothing warmth wash over you – it feels just like being wrapped in a cosy woollen blanket.
Steam bath
A treat for your skin and respiratory system. The steam bath at Strandidyll Heringsdorf is a treat for all the senses. With a temperature of around 45 °C and 100 per cent humidity, your skin receives intensive care whilst your respiratory tract feels the soothing effects of the moist heat. The heated walls and seating provide extra comfort and invite you to leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind.
Ice crusher
Refreshment for body and soul. After a sauna session, our ice crusher provides the perfect way to cool down. The cool ice revitalises your senses, stimulates blood circulation and gives you a new lease of energy.
