Our menus are an invitation to savour and enjoy – where fresh fish from the coast pairs with southern herbs, and regional vegetables meet Mediterranean classics. A morning full of variety: organic cheese from the Ostseeländer dairy, golden honey from the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft, fragrant baked goods from Usedom’s Haß bakery, hearty cold cuts from the Heringsdorf butcher and fresh eggs from the Gut Thurbruch organic farm. Everything comes from the region, everything speaks of quality – turning the start of your day into a moment of pure enjoyment.

On Wednesdays, Giardino takes on an Italian flair: from fresh pasta to aromatic truffle dishes, the Mediterranean soul meets Usedom’s summer. And when the weather is kind, we fire up the barbecue and invite you to linger over balmy evenings on the terrace.

Every Friday we celebrate our "Mecklenburg" cuisine. Tradition has it that fish is served on Fridays – but you can also look forward to a variety of hearty local specialities from the countryside.

Part of the hotel since it opened in 2001 and head chef since 2011, Enrico Graf embodies the Giardino philosophy. His cuisine is defined by regional ingredients, sustainable standards and true craftsmanship. “Enjoyment with a clear conscience” – that’s the promise behind every dish leaving his kitchen.
