You can receive a subsidy from your health insurance provider up to twice a year as part of the preventive health insurance offer. It is best to ask your health insurance company how much the subsidy is, as this is determined on an individual basis. At the end of the retreat, you will receive a certificate of participation from Svenja Kunde. Together with your proof of payment, you submit this to your health insurance company and receive the corresponding reimbursement from your health insurance company.

How to book your yoga retreat with Svenja Kunde at A-ROSA Sylt.

  2. Fill in the registration form with the required information: Desired period, personal data, optional single room request.
  3. Send off the completed form.

Please note that you will receive two separate invoices for your yoga weekend. The costs for the hotel services (accommodation, breakfast, dinner) room and any other services during your stay will be paid as usual on site on the day of your departure. You will receive a separate invoice for the yoga workshops described in advance of the weekend.

Sylt yoga teacher Tina Molsen has been teaching yoga in individual and group classes for almost 20 years. Her international students are people who are exposed to very high demands both professionally and privately. Her teaching is precise and professional and adapts naturally to the individual needs of her students. Her wealth of experience in traditional Chinese medicine is reflected in both individual and group lessons. In addition to her regular classes, Tina Molsen has also been offering training and further education for qualified yoga teachers for several years.

In the water element - an introduction

In this course, we will focus on the winter organs bladder and kidney, which are connected to the water element. You will learn how to find inner peace and recharge your energy through relaxing breathing techniques and mindful movements. Let's immerse ourselves in stillness together and discover the healing power of water.

RESTORATIVEYOGA

For strong bones and supple joints: Inspired by the water element, which in TCM stands for flexibility, calm and depth, the restorative yoga postures help to harmonize the energy flow and activate the kidney and bladder meridians - central energy pathways for strong bones and healthy joints.

MEDITATION & YOGA NIDRA

In the water element, the power lies in calmness. This meditative yoga session therefore invites you to immerse yourself in the stillness and depth of winter - an opportunity to nourish your body and mind and emerge stronger from this quiet phase.

LOWAND LOW FLOW
