What is yoga?
Yoga is a discipline dating back thousands of years, which originated in India and encompasses techniques of postural control, breath control and meditation. This practice aims to promote balance between body and mind and to achieve a deep sense of calm and inner peace. Not only does it improve physical fitness and flexibility, but it also supports emotional and mental wellbeing.

Day 1.
YINYOGA
In the water element - an introduction
In this course, we will focus on the winter organs bladder and kidney, which are connected to the water element. You will learn how to find inner peace and recharge your energy through relaxing breathing techniques and mindful movements. Let's immerse ourselves in stillness together and discover the healing power of water.

Day 2.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
For strong bones and supple joints: Inspired by the element of water, which in TCM symbolises flexibility, calm and depth, restorative yoga poses help to harmonise the flow of energy and activate the kidney and bladder meridians – key energy pathways for strong bones and healthy joints.
2.00 pm – 5.00 pm
MEDITATION & YOGA NIDRA
In the water element, strength lies in stillness. This meditative yoga session therefore invites you to immerse yourself in the stillness and depth of winter – an opportunity to nourish body and mind and emerge from this tranquil phase feeling revitalised.

Day 3.
LOWAND LOW FLOW
The water flow is a calm, flowing yoga sequence that thrives on deceleration and brings you into a very calm, gentle flow state. The ideal conclusion to this weekend.
