From the Himalayan salt sauna to the citrus steam bath and the family sauna – in our sauna world, you can experience the power of warmth and tranquillity. Kneipp basins, an ice grotto and a plunge pool provide invigorating contrasts.

Our highlight: the SPA-ROSA Sauna Marathon – every first Saturday of the month from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm, featuring exclusive infusions and special moments of well-being.

Please note: Access to the sauna world is restricted to those aged 14 and over. Children under 14 may enter daily from 12.00 pm to 3.00 pm when accompanied by an adult – the family sauna is open daily from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Water is a real adventure – especially for children. In our personalised swimming lessons at SPA-ROSA, we guide your child through their first attempts at swimming in a fun and safe way. Together with our experienced team of swimming instructors, they’ll learn basic skills such as jumping, diving, opening their eyes underwater and the correct breaststroke technique. By the end, they’ll not only have developed a good sense of their body, but also the confidence to move through the water independently and safely.
