Since their opening in December 2016, Thurnher's Residences have stood for exclusive retreats with the highest level of comfort. Operated by the neighboring Thurnher's Alpenhof, they combine the freedom of a private chalet with the many amenities of an upscale house.

Located right next to the Zürser See lift and just a hundred meters from Thurnher's Alpenhof, they have spacious layouts, light-flooded rooms and fantastic views of the Lechtal Alps. With living spaces of between 54 and 190 square meters, they are suitable for couples, families or groups of friends - and can also be rented exclusively as an entire chalet.

From April 7 through December 10, 2026, our Thurnher's Residences will be closed for its scheduled seasonal break. When winter returns and the peaks around Zürs are once again blanketed in sparkling white, we look forward to welcoming you starting December 11, 2026 - for unforgettable moments in the ski paradise of the Arlberg.

Of course, you can already book your stay today. Look forward to crisp mountain air, wide slopes, and that special feeling of having arrived.

The apartments offer a cozy, modern alpine style, which is interpreted individually in each unit.

High-quality materials such as whitewashed oak floors and warm beige tones in the interior create a cozy atmosphere, while Italian and Scandinavian design add interesting accents. Guests can cook for themselves in their temporary home thanks to their own kitchen or take advantage of the diverse culinary offerings at Thurnher's Alpenhof just 100 meters away.

Another advantage is the in-house ski room, where you can easily lock up your equipment.
