The history of great cuisine in Kleinwalsertal began back in 1978, when Ortwin Adam was awarded Austria's first Michelin star at the Ifen Hotel. One of his students was Sascha Kemmerer, who trained with him from 1997 to 2000. After working in international gourmet restaurants, Kemmerer returned - and since the reopening of the A-ROSA Ifen Hotel, he has shaped the cuisine with his unmistakable signature.Today, he is one of the most successful chefs in the country. In the Kilian Stuba, his award-winning creations unfold into culinary experiences that go far beyond a classic dinner.
