Regardless of whether you already have experience or are taking your first steps on the mat: Svenja Kunde - an experienced yoga teacher, fitness trainer and masseuse - will guide you through the yoga weekend with a great deal of expertise and sensitivity.
The exercises are individually tailored to the group so that everyone can go at their own pace. You can look forward to yoga sessions, meditation and relaxed evenings in good company - for a weekend that will stay with you.
