As a rule, the rooms are cleaned every two days. The garbage can is emptied daily, towels are changed if necessary and the minibar is refilled. If you wish, your room can also be cleaned daily. Please let us know your preference when you arrive.

In the imperial spas (Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, Bansin) on Usedom, the spa tax is € 2.50 in the low season, € 3.30 in the high season and € 2.70 in the low season. This is payable on arrival at the hotel. You will receive your UsedomCard as a receipt. The UsedomCard is your all-round renewed guest card on the island of Usedom and offers you a number of benefits in the seaside resorts. Children under the age of 6 are exempt from the visitor's tax and receive a free UsedomCard.
