In the Kilian Stuba, Sascha Kemmerer unfolds his signature style - awarded a Michelin star in 2012. His cuisine is cosmopolitan, inspired by French cuisine and free of anything superfluous. Instead of frills: clear flavors, precise preparation, full concentration on the essentials. Top-quality products, perfect craftsmanship and culinary sensitivity are combined here to create a style that Kemmerer has shaped over the years. Each dish shows what is possible when you understand ingredients - and give them space to transform into flavor: intense, saucy, genuine.

At Carnozet - our "Walser Guten Stube" - Austrian inn cuisine meets honest craftsmanship. Here, the food is not staged, but celebrated: clear flavors, traditional preparation and products from the Kleinwalsertal, the Bregenz Forest and the Allgäu - selected with care, prepared with dedication. Head chef Sascha Kemmerer gives each dish an alpine signature - reduced to the essentials, carried by taste. The warmth of spruce wood, the flickering light of the fireplace and the view of the Walser mountains.

In the morning, the day begins with fragrant bread, fresh egg dishes and specialties from Kleinwalsertal, Allgäu and Vorarlberg. In the evening, a variety of hot and cold dishes, sweet temptations and hearty classics await you.

In the morning, you are greeted by the aroma of freshly baked goods and coffee. In the show kitchen, egg dishes are made to order, along with regional sausage and cheese specialties, fruity jams, fresh fruit and vitamin-rich juices - all made with love and from the region. In the evening, the full variety of Alpine cuisine unfolds: hot and cold delicacies, fine starters, aromatic main courses and tempting desserts. Prepared using the best products from Kleinwalsertal, Allgäu and Vorarlberger Ländle.

The A-ROSA Ifen Hotel is located at exactly 1,111 meters above sea level - surrounded by the majestic mountains of the Kleinwalsertal. This special altitude gave our stylish hotel bar its name. Here, oversized wing chairs meet long high tables made of natural wood, cowhide stools meet warm, shimmering candlelight. A place where aromatic coffee specialties, finely mixed cocktails or a glass of champagne are the epitome of enjoyment. Perfect for rounding off an eventful day in the mountains.
