Our Ifen alpine cuisine.
In the morning, you are greeted by the aroma of freshly baked goods and coffee. In the show kitchen, egg dishes are made to order, along with regional sausage and cheese specialties, fruity jams, fresh fruit and vitamin-rich juices - all made with love and from the region. In the evening, the full variety of Alpine cuisine unfolds: hot and cold delicacies, fine starters, aromatic main courses and tempting desserts. Prepared using the best products from Kleinwalsertal, Allgäu and Vorarlberger Ländle.
Small Ifen alpine kitchen
- Early morning coffee in the SPA-ROSA from 7 a.m
- IFEN breakfast: buffet with regional products, coffee & tea specialties, fresh egg dishes and much more. (7.30 to 11 a.m.)
- Small late riser breakfast in the Alpenlounge (11 am to 12 noon)
- IFEN hiking water and fruit to take away (until 12 noon)
- SPA-ROSA: changing small snacks with dried fruit, nuts, VitaJuwel water and selected teas
- Theo's: IFEN Alpine snack with a choice of two delicious dishes, crisp salads, regional sausage & cheese specialties and home-baked cakes from the tray (2 to 4 p.m.)

- Enjoy all the contents of the Kleine IFEN Alpine cuisine
- PLUS: Five-course dinner - served and/or from the buffet (6.30 to 9 p.m.)
- With a choice of three main courses from each of the three kitchen lines "Modern. Fine Dining", "Allgäu. Bregenzer Wald. Kleinwalsertal." and "Conscious enjoyment. Vital. Plant based."
- To top it all off: cheese tasting from the Allgäu and Bregenz Forest with chutneys from our IFEN manufactory.
