In the heated relaxation pool, the water gently cradles you as all tension melts away. The warmth envelops your body, your muscles relax, and your mind finds peace.

Sauna area.

In the sauna world, heat alternates with refreshing coolness – an invigorating interplay that makes your skin tingle and gets your circulation going. Choose your favourite spot: the intense heat of the Finnish sauna (approx. 90 degrees), milder temperatures in the bio sauna (approx. 60 degrees), the steam bath (approx. 45 degrees) or the tepidarium with heated loungers (approx. 38 degrees), whose humid warmth soothes the skin and respiratory tract.

With a 26% salt concentration, the floating pool lets you drift weightlessly. Your body feels light, your mind free – stress melts away, muscles and joints relax, and your skin is gently nourished.

Switch off after your sauna session and consciously treat yourself to a moment of peace and quiet. Find a comfortable place to lie down, snuggle up in your soft bathrobe and unwind in our cozy relaxation room. Every Thursday, we pamper you right on the premises at Ceres am Meer. ** From May to September, we’re happy to heat our saunas individually for you on request.
