You are also more than welcome as a day guest at our A-ROSA Hotel on Sylt - you are in the right place to simply unwind and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Our reception staff will be happy to inform you about the nearest pharmacy on duty. If you require medical assistance during your stay, please also contact our staff directly.

Would you like your room to be freshened up again? No problem, we will be happy to arrange this for you.

Rental bikes are available at the hotel for a fee. City bikes are available for €15 and e-bikes for €30 per day.

Depending on the time of day and your personal preference - from sporty to elegant. We ask gentlemen to wear long pants in our restaurants.

You will find a charging station for your electric car in the underground parking garage. You can contact our car attendants on site to use it.

You are welcome to bring your dog to the hotel for an additional charge and by prior arrangement. The surcharge is €45 per day and dog excluding food. Please understand that your dog is not allowed in the restaurants or the SPA-ROSA and must be kept on a lead outside the room and on the grounds. Furthermore, dogs are only welcome in our hotel by prior arrangement and in selected rooms. The island of Sylt offers 17 selected dog beaches along the west coast. Our local staff will be happy to advise you at any time.

You can pay in cash, in advance, by EC card or with one of the following credit cards: American Express, Mastercard or VISA.

The ROSINIS is open five days a week for eight hours each (depending on the travel period and number of children. Exact times and closing days can be obtained from the hotel).

Children can have lunch at ROSINIS from 12:30 - 13:00 for € 4 per child. (Pre-registration until 11 am)

The times for children's evening meals may vary and can be requested at the hotel.

Our staff at ROSINIS will also be happy to organize a babysitter for you (on request and subject to availability, for an extra charge from €15 per hour).

In our "Dukes" Teens Lounge there is space for our young guests to play billiards or table tennis, for example. There is no supervision here.

Half board includes a rich breakfast and dinner in our dune restaurant.

A sufficient number of parking spaces are available to our hotel guests. We will be happy to reserve a parking space for you in our underground garage for a fee of €20 per day and car or you can park in our outdoor parking lot for €15 per day and car. Your coded room card gives you access to the parking spaces at any time. You will find a charging station for your electric car in the underground garage. To use it, please contact our car attendants.

There are four golf courses with a total of 72 holes in the immediate vicinity. The A-ROSA Sylt's partner is the Sylt Marine Golf Club.

Health as optimal well-being is an essential part of A-ROSA's philosophy. The consumption of nicotine in all its forms is only permitted in the smoking lounge and the associated smoking lounge terrace. All other areas of the resort are smoke-free. This also includes the balconies of the rooms and suites as well as the dune terrace.

Whether you are looking for peace and quiet or families, nudists or dog owners - there is a beach for everyone on Sylt. The west side offers a total of 40 km of fine sandy beach. In List and Hörnum, shallow beaches on the mudflats invite you to swim and soak up the sun, ideal for families with small children. The most beautiful beaches in List are on the west side, surrounded by unspoiled dune landscape.

Beach chairs can be hired directly on the beach or from the tourist office. Please note that the number of beach chairs is limited at certain times. Early reservation is recommended.

Our hotel is equipped with a spacious, disabled-friendly family room. Of course, you can easily reach our restaurants and our wheelchair-accessible WC in the basement by elevator. In addition, Sylt's island resorts have steadily improved their services for disabled travelers in recent years, for example with the purchase of beach wheelchairs and wheelchair-accessible beach crossings. You can obtain detailed information from our reception staff.

Please note that the use of cell phones and laptops is not permitted in the entire SPA area or in the restaurants. Due to the proximity to Denmark, there is a possibility that your cell phone may temporarily dial into the Danish network. To avoid higher costs for incoming or outgoing calls or messages, please change your network settings from automatic to manual selection and select your network provider there.

The ferry terminal to Denmark (Rømø) is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. For information, travel times and ticket sales, please contact our staff at reception.

The Adler ships depart regularly to the Halligen islands or to Amrum and Nordstrand. When the weather is fine, you can see the neighboring islands of Föhr and Amrum from the harbor.

In our public areas, we give changing contemporary artists the opportunity to present their works in an exclusive atmosphere. If you particularly like an exhibit, you can purchase it for your own four walls. You can obtain the current exhibition flyer from our reception desk on site.

Our heated pool area at 28-30 °C with indoor and outdoor pool offers you space for relaxation and activity. The depth is 1.35 m and the pool is 8 m wide. The pool is 31 m long, 20 m of which is inside and 11 m outside. You can also enjoy a fantastic view of the dunes and the sea from our gallery. In our Vital Bar, we are happy to spoil you with fresh juices and culinary delicacies in line with the A-ROSA nutrition concept.

Every guest receives a spa card, with which they can not only use the offers within their resort, but also the beaches of all other island communities. Please always carry your spa card with you so that you can identify yourself and take advantage of the various offers and discounts. In the event of loss, we reserve the right to charge you the deposit amount of €10.
