Insider tip: Peak time is usually between 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. For a more peaceful start to the day, we recommend visiting us during quieter hours.

We are delighted to welcome your dog to the hotel by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
The surcharge is €45 per day, per dog (excluding food).

Please note: dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or SPA areas and must be kept on a lead both in the hotel and on the grounds.

In Bad Gastein, an overnight stay tax including the mobility tax applies. The fee is €3.50 per person per day, and from July 1, 2025, it will be €4.50. Children and young people under 14 years of age are exempt from the visitor’s tax.

An e-charging station is located directly opposite the parking garage at Kongressplatz. Three stations are available, with capacity for up to six cars to charge simultaneously. Our hotel staff will be happy to assist you with any questions.
