As a rule, the rooms are cleaned every two days. The garbage can is emptied daily, towels are changed if necessary and the minibar is refilled. If you wish, your room can also be cleaned daily. Please let us know your preference when you arrive.

Yes, our SPA-ROSA is open daily from 14:00-21:00.

The Gothisches Haus does not have a pool for swimming laps, but it does have a whirlpool, which ensures deep relaxation with its gently bubbling water and relaxing warmth. Here you can lean back, forget the stress of everyday life and immerse yourself in a world of relaxation.
Is a visitor's tax levied in Wernigerode in the Harz Mountains?
In Wernigerode in the Harz Mountains, a visitor's tax of €3.50 per overnight stay and person liable to pay is levied - including VAT. This tax is used to promote tourist infrastructure and offers in the region. However, there are options for a reduction as well as exceptions to the obligation to pay.
