What are the check-in and check-out times?
Your room is available from 15:00 on arrival and until 11:00 on departure.
What parking facilities are available?
We offer our guests 19 parking spaces in an underground garage with an entrance height of 3.5 meters. We charge €30 per day per parking space.
Is there a charging station for electric vehicles?
Unfortunately, there is no possibility to charge an electric vehicle in our garage. However, there is a vkw vlotte charging station just a few meters away from the Alpenhof.
Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
You are welcome to bring your dog to the resort for an additional charge and by prior arrangement. The surcharge is €45 per day and dog excluding food. Please understand that your dog has no access to the restaurants and Thurnher's SPA and must be kept on a lead outside the room. Furthermore, dogs are only welcome by prior arrangement and in selected rooms.
Where is the nearest pharmacy / doctor?
Our reception staff will be happy to inform you about the nearest pharmacy on duty. If you require medical assistance during your stay, please also contact our staff directly.
Is a transfer offered?
Yes, we will be happy to pick you up from your desired location, whether airport, train station or other destinations. The transfer service is subject to a charge and is available subject to availability based on individual coordination and scheduling. Please request a booking via our reception no later than one week before arrival.
What means of payment are accepted?
You can pay in cash, in advance, by EC card or with one of the credit cards American Express, Mastercard or VISA.
Is childcare offered?
Yes, during the main holiday season, our little guests aged 2 to 14 years can take advantage of free childcare with a daily changing program from 16:00 - 21:00. We are also happy to organize childcare for your children in our hotel outside of the vacation season. For individual care of your child, this can be booked externally; this is subject to a charge and can be requested via reception.
Is there a playroom for children?
Yes, we have our own "Freiraum" room for our younger and older guests. Whether painting, reading, watching movies on the big screen or playing Wii - there's something for everyone.
Are children allowed in the SPA area?
Children of all ages are welcome in our indoor pool. Access to the sauna area is only available from the age of 16. Please note that there is no separate children's pool.
Is the pool heated?
Our indoor pool is heated and has a pleasant temperature of around 30 degrees.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel or is there a special smoking area?
Health as optimal well-being is an essential part of the A-ROSA philosophy. Thurnher's Alpenhof is therefore a non-smoking hotel. The consumption of nicotine in all its forms is therefore not permitted in any of the rooms. Ashtrays can be provided on the terraces and balconies if required.
What leisure activities does the region offer besides skiing?
Lech-Zürs offers a wide range of activities for vacationers. Whether snowshoe hikes, ice skating, tobogganing in Oberlech or winter hiking in Zürs and the surrounding area.
Are the ski lifts and gondolas within walking distance?
The Hexenbodenbahn and the Zürsersee lift are within walking distance.
Is the ski area snow-sure?
Yes, you will find vacations with guaranteed snow here at Thurnher's Alpenhof in Zürs at 1,717 meters.
Can I buy ski passes at the hotel?
Yes, we will be happy to issue your ski pass for your stay, which you can obtain from us at reception.
Can I hire ski equipment directly at the hotel?
No, but we will be happy to organize your ski equipment in Zürs, which will be delivered directly to your own locker after fitting.
Is it possible to book a group ski course at the hotel?
Yes, we are happy to organize a place in a group course for our house guests at any ski level depending on availability. The group courses meet daily at the ski school meeting point, which is within walking distance.
Is there a children's ski club in Zürs?
Yes, we are happy to organize a visit to the children's club in Zürs or Lech for our little guests (2 to 6 years). Here the little ones learn how to handle snow and skis in a playful way. At lunchtime, the children are offered lunch for a fee.
