Culinary Alpine Spring
At the end of March, the Ifen Hotel will once again be the venue for the annual Spring Walking Dinner Event.
Together with their ‘cooking friends’ from the Kleinwalsertal valley, Sascha Kemmerer and Hansjörg Frick and their Ifen team will present selected spring creations from the ‘Önsche Walser Chuche’ at various stations. From fresh mountain milk and succulent Alpine herbs to aromatic cheese and hand-pulled meat – every ingredient is carefully selected to bring out the authenticity and unique character of Walser dishes.
Accompanied by fine wines, cool drinks and live music, you can stroll along a diverse alpine gourmet mile and experience a sumptuous Walser walk-around in a relaxed alpine atmosphere.
