Our Ifen alpine cuisine.
In the morning, you are greeted by the aroma of freshly baked goods and coffee. In the show kitchen, egg dishes are made to order, along with regional sausage and cheese specialties, fruity jams, fresh fruit and vitamin-rich juices - all made with love and from the region. In the evening, the full variety of Alpine cuisine unfolds: hot and cold delicacies, fine starters, aromatic main courses and tempting desserts. Prepared using the best products from Kleinwalsertal, Allgäu and Vorarlberger Ländle.

- Early-morning coffee at SPA-ROSA from 7 am
- IFEN breakfast: buffet featuring regional produce, speciality coffees and teas, fresh egg dishes and much more (7.30 am to 11 am)
- Light late-riser’s breakfast in the Alpenlounge (11 am to 12 noon)
- IFEN hiking water and fruit to take with you on your way (until 12 noon)
- SPA-ROSA: a selection of small snacks including dried fruit, nuts, VitaJuwel water and fine teas
- Theo’s: IFEN Alpine snack with a choice of two delicious dishes, crisp salads, regional sausage and cheese specialities, and homemade sheet cakes (2.00 pm to 4.00 pm)

- PLUS: Five-course dinner - served and/or from the buffet (6.30 to 9 p.m.)
- With a choice of three main courses from each of the three kitchen lines "Modern. Fine Dining", "Allgäu. Bregenzer Wald. Kleinwalsertal." and "Conscious enjoyment. Vital. Plant based."
- To top it all off: cheese tasting from the Allgäu and Bregenz Forest with chutneys from our IFEN manufactory.
Our tip: Book the IFEN Alpine Cuisine package at the time of your room reservation for €47 per person per day. If you add it later on site, it will be charged at €55 per person per day.
